This subscription will automatically renew unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current period, your account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period. The cost of the renewal will match the initial subscription price. You can manage your subscriptions and turn off auto-renewal by going to your ‘Account Settings’ after purchase. No cancellation of the current subscription is allowed during active subscription period.

RESTORE PREVIOUS PURCHASES

To restore any previous purchases after updating the app, go to your TopGear magazine UK library, click the menu button in the top right of the app, then tap the cog icon button in the bottom right of the screen and select ‘Restore Purchases’. Then select ‘Restore’ on the pop up, and your previous purchases will be restored.

Unfortunately, from time to time, an app may crash, and on the odd occasion this happens, we will endeavour to fix the issue as soon as possible. In order to diagnose a problem, we would really appreciate it if you the cog icon in the menu, then tap "Report a problem" and send us details of your issue.

Some bad moments

The magazines wont open on my iPad 2 with ios7. I tried to delete/reinstall the app, it didnt change a thing. Please fix it !!

Updated the app, restored my purchases and now the pages are stuck in landscape mode....the writing is soo small that I cant read it! And you cant even enlarge the images or the writing!!! Sure I like to look at the pictures, but I would also like to read the articles! Please fix!

Wont run on my 1st gen iPad. The parts I can see look brilliant but overall a waste of money for me! Crap! I really wanted this too!

Bought 6m subscription through iTunes and downloaded Dec issue. It disappeared on last update and the cog-restore issues- procedure did not work. Today downloaded fix and still does not allow me to see the Dec issue I already had!

Why are they even capable of destroying entire digital collections? This represents everything wrong with digital publishing. Once paid for they should have zero access to my library. Also to note, the re-downloaded issues look like bad jpegs with jagged lines and compression artifacts instead of the previous ultra high resolution and quality they used to have. Its currently more convenient to download pdf issues than it is to purchase them legitimately. Please stop punishing your customers.

Im happy you have finally created an iPad version of our magazine, but it has a fatal flaw: It craps out if you try to read it without wifi (3G). This means I cant read my magazines on the subway, on a train or on a long car trip. This for me is a deal breaker. It is exactly the opposite of what a publication s meant to be. Unfortunately I have just subscribed for another year. Honestly, if this not corrected I will be forced to cancel. Sorry guys
